Brooding sighs
like the rhythmic dance of the ocean
mesmerize
soothing my fiery soul like lotion
unknown highs
and an longing thirst drink of a potion:
philter of love
that has an aftertaste of passion unmarred
looking above,
unlocking the innermost chamber, unbarred
like the light of
the early morning sun and unmowed yard
where from a tree
I walk the branch and hang from limb
and thoughts of me
are on the furthest twig and outtermost rim
on the Great Sea
where drowning I notice the sign from Him
to set love free
as I see the captivating smile from Kim.
